What can I send with Lasalu Drop?
Shelf-stable native goods that travel safely over 7–14 days: dry foods (garri, egusi, stockfish, crayfish, suya spice), sealed packaged goods (palm oil, Milo, Indomie), native clothes (ankara, lace, agbada, gele), hair, cosmetics, beads, sealed shea butter, plus documents and gifts.
What can't you ship?
Anything that won't survive transit or isn't allowed: freshly cooked meals (jollof, soup, stew), unsealed liquids, fresh fruit and vegetables, and restricted or hazardous items (drugs, weapons, currency, flammables). We tell you before you pay — we sell the boundary, we don't blur it.
Do you really pick up from my house?
Yes. Book on WhatsApp and a branded Lasalu rider comes to your home, shop or office, weighs the parcel in front of you on a portable scale, prices it on the spot, and takes it from there. Door pickup is free — you never visit a hub.
How long does delivery take?
Express delivery is typically 3–7 days door to door. Air cargo is 7–14 days, depending on destination and customs, and is available for heavier loads at a lower per-kilo rate. You and the recipient get tracking updates at every step.
How is the price calculated?
By weight (per kilo) and destination — published and predictable. The rider weighs your parcel in front of you and you see the final price before paying. Door pickup in Nigeria is always free. See the full rate table.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the USA, UK, Canada and 52 other countries worldwide. Our published per-kilo rates cover the UK, USA and Canada — for any other destination, just message us on WhatsApp for a quick quote.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
You're covered. Shipments are tracked end to end, valuable parcels are insured, and we have a written refund-and-compensate policy. With Lasalu there's a real company to hold accountable — not an informal traveller you can't reach.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card via Paystack in naira, or Stripe if you're paying from abroad in pounds or dollars. You get a payment link as soon as the rider confirms the weight.
Your parcel takes to the skies.
From a doorstep in Port Harcourt to their door abroad — flown safe, tracked every mile.
