How is my price calculated?
By weight (per kilo) and destination. The rider weighs your parcel on a portable scale in front of you and you see the final price before paying. Door pickup in Nigeria is always free.
Is door pickup really free?
Yes — every shipment includes free pickup from your home, shop or office. You don't pay extra to avoid the hub; that's the whole point of Lasalu.
How does express delivery work?
Express delivers in roughly 3–7 days for a +50% surcharge. Air cargo (for heavier loads) is typically 7–14 days at a lower per-kilo rate.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card via Paystack (in naira), or Stripe if you're paying from abroad in pounds or dollars. You'll get a payment link right after the rider confirms the weight.
